Statement of Goals:
To provide an informal setting for participants to meet, network, share experiences and be a resource to each other.

Program:
Women in Licensing (WIL) and Lawyers For One America (LFOA) have developed a Mentoring Program to give participants an informal setting an opportunity to meet, network, share experiences and be a resource to each other. Participants will be grouped into groups of 5-6 women with different levels of experience (with no designated mentor, but with a facilitator for the first meeting), by shared interests on both personal and professional fronts. The various groups will meet approximately once a month at a time on which they all agree.

Once we receive a number of responses, we will allocate participants to each group and will designate a mentoring Program Volunteer to organize and facilitate at the first meeting of every group.

We hope that there will be much interest into this program and that it will lead to the development of many mutually beneficial relationships.
